I had always had great service with RiverTown Ford so when my previous visit was not satisfactory I wasn’t expecting anyone to care. What was supposed to have been a routine oil change turned into a major service Robbie reached out to me almost immediately to address my issues. I won’t go into all the details but Thank you and I really appreciate you taking the time to not only respond but to make sure my car was fixed. More

Visiting my daughter in Columbus, from out of state. I had an issue with my truck. Called Rivertown Ford and got in first thing the next morning. Robbie not only explained everything in detail; he treat I had an issue with my truck. Called Rivertown Ford and got in first thing the next morning. I was married to a Ford mechanic for 22 years so I know the ins and outs of a dealership service department. They had to order a new engine for my car, which I know takes time. Overall, they had my car for the ins and outs of a dealership service department. They had to order a new engine for my car, which I know takes time. Overall, they had my car for a month. I understand this. I was very patient, as I knew this was out of their control. What frustrated me though, was a lack of communication. I would send text messages and not get replies. When I called the dealership, I did get updates on my car. That's understandable, I didn't expect them to call me but I would have appreciated text. One thing that truly frustrated me was I asked three times about a loaner car. I was told that the person would check with management and get back with me but they never did. I must say my car ran like a top when I finally got it back. More
