First time dealing with Rivertown Ford, must say I was delightfully surprised. We came in for an oil change and inspection on our 2020 F250 turbo diesel. It was obvious from the beginning that my ten years of business with this dealership was of little value. I waited a week for an appointment to be told when I arrived the my car couldn’t be serviced for a business with this dealership was of little value. I waited a week for an appointment to be told when I arrived the my car couldn’t be serviced for another week. I was given misinformation and I was charged for a service that was not performed. The service associate I dealt with was both dismissive and condescending. I called to speak with the general manager about my experience and was told he might be back in a week but they weren’t sure. I was transferred to the sales manager but no one answered and I was unable to leave a message. My husband and I have bought four cars from this dealership over the past ten years and it mattered not. The fact that I was seeking major service on a vehicle that is only four years old with 80k miles is the true testament to the diminished quality of their product. We have been lifelong Ford customers but I will never spend another dollar with Rivertown Ford. Very disappointed. More
