I am disappointed. On yesterday morning, I went in for an oil change, wipers and a minor repair. I waited for 3 hours before being informed it was not known when my vehicle would be ready. I had a prior appointment and had to leave it overnight. I was advised a Lyft could not be provided being that I needed to be dropped off 15 miles away which is over the 11 mile limit. I then had to call my wife and ask her to leave work to pick me up. I returned the next morning to pick up my vehicle after being informed on yesterday afternoon that it was ready. Before leaving the property I discovered the repair was not done properly. I returned the vehicle to the service department and it was inspected. I was informed that it needed another repair that should have been noticed during repair and it cost me an additional $250 dollars plus 2 hours of work. It was obvious to the naked eye the part was not installed correctly so I am not sure how the service department missed it. It was a horrible experience and I don’t plan on making additional purchases or referrals to this location. More
