From scheduling to completion of service it is always an easy process with Rivertown Ford. I received a reminder via text message and set up the PM maintenance appointment right then and there. After the multi point inspection it was determined that I needed to have new brake shoes installed and rotors resurfaced. I use the vehicle primarily as a tow vehicle for a camper so I opted to have the service done so that I didn’t end up with worse problems down the line. The waiting room is very comfortable with hot coffee available. The price for the oil change and brake work was very competitive with any other garage in town.
