I just happen to be in the Ford store went and I went back to service to see if they had an opening for an oil change and they took me in right away. They always do a good job. They showed me how dirty the air filter was so I got a new one. And of course they rotated my tires and told me I should start thinking about getting some new ones before much longer. I always get my tires from them. I have 3 New Transit connects I hope Ford will decide to bring back the Transit connect as I always get good service out of them. I ask why was Ford dropping them and they said Ford did not sell enough of them but I had to order this one because no one had any in stock so maybe that why Ford doesn’t sell enough. Service department- texts with repairs is ok but it is helpful to speak to a mechanic for a full understanding.
