I brought my vehicle in due to the low tire pressure light being on. I was immediately greeted. I was asked about the issue. When I asked for Robbie, he was told I was asking for him but as he was with light being on. I was immediately greeted. I was asked about the issue. When I asked for Robbie, he was told I was asking for him but as he was with another customer they did not just let me sit and wait, but began the paperwork on my vehicle to get it pulled into the back. What I love most about this service department is the responsiveness of the personnel, the quality of the materials, but more importantly the feeling of being heard. Although I brought my vehicle in for one thing, a complete inspection was performed and I appreciate getting the Red, Yellow and Green notifications, along with the discussions with Robbie as to what can wait and what cannot based on my financial situation. The service just keeps getting better and better! More
