I took my car here on Saturday July 5th due to my car shutting off on me for some reason. I was being helped by Mr.Gary who is super friendly. We spoke about the problem and he said that he will take car shutting off on me for some reason. I was being helped by Mr.Gary who is super friendly. We spoke about the problem and he said that he will take care of me. We ran a diagnostic test for the whole car. What the mechanic came up with was that the ground wire for the battery was loose, relay switch needed to be replaced. I thought yay everything is fixed. Well come Monday my car started to die the same thing. But this time the check engine light came on. I was like great what now. Also there was a buzzing noise coming from the fuel cap. Took my car with no appointment over July 7th (Monday) first thing. Was greeted by Brittany and Hunter. Told her the Situation what happened Saturday and this morning. She was able to get me in and told me that the head mechanic can look at it. They ran test again and so far came up with the O2 sensor having to be replaced and purge valve needed to be replaced. I asked her why this was not caught Saturday because it is very scary and dangerous to drive a car that I was told was good to go. Then for it to shut off on me while driving what if I had my kids in the car again. She took me to the service manager then. Spoke with Hunter and he said since I paid for the diagnostic test already Saturday he would deduct that from today. I am upset that I had to come back so quick, but one thing is for sure the service advisors and hunter the service manager are always friendly and willing to help make sure I always get in my car the same day I drop it off. Let’s hope next visit is only for a simple oil change :). More

Super unimpressed with this dealership. Ask for a jack, which they don't "have jacks" like that,, at a dealership! So had to purchase my own jack to get my own tire off so they would do the Ask for a jack, which they don't "have jacks" like that,, at a dealership! So had to purchase my own jack to get my own tire off so they would do the diagnostics for my car. So much more to the story but all in all. I'd recommend a local shop over this dealership. I will never be back to service my vehicle here again. More
