I was looking to buy a new XT4 sport and after a bad experience with a Cadillac dealer near me i decided to expand my search area and that took my 140 miles from home to Rizza Cadillac . I called them up around eleven in the morning and my first contact was Amanda . She was polite and extremely professional , answered all my questions and put me through to John O' Conner . What can i say about John , the guy is incredible . I told him what i was looking for and he found it within the hour . We took care of everything over the phone and later that same day i was on my way to Illinois . Upon arriving he had everything ready to go for us , no running around , no miscommunication , no drama , no waste of time . Next on Finance we met Mike , another great guy who made the process extremely easy . At the end , John took the time time to explained everything we needed to know about our new SUV despite what time it was . I would also like to mention the guys ( don't know their names ) that detailed our vehicle at the shop were really nice . All in all a great experience , and well worth the long drive i would strongly recommend this Dealership . More

Unsatisfied My Suspension System light displayed, I brought the vehicle in for service which I was told was serviced and all was well. The next day the check Susp My Suspension System light displayed, I brought the vehicle in for service which I was told was serviced and all was well. The next day the check Suspension System light appeared again however I thought it would go away and it did briefly. The message displayed off and on for the next couple days until one day it displayed permanently. I returned the vehicle and was told the Suspension System was involved but it was totally different from the recently repaired problem. I was charged an additional $100.00 deduction for service. I feel the most recent problem should have been noticed when the vehicle was initially serviced. I do plan to get another opinion about this situation. More
