3 hour oil change?!?!? I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change, I checked in at 9:35 and was told about an hour. Finally got my car and headed home a little after Noon!! I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change, I checked in at 9:35 and was told about an hour. Finally got my car and headed home a little after Noon!!! Two and a half hours for an oil change is ridiculous, especially considering I actually made an appointment. Three hours and fifteen minutes from the time I left my house until I returned home. I will not be using them again, I could be in and out at an Oil Express or Jiffy Lube in 30 minutes. Plus $90 for an oil change, no thanks!! Jeff Jurkovich More
