My service advisor was good. I brought my CT5 in for my first oil change & there was a recall that was going to be addressed as well. I was given a loaner SUV and told that I would get a call when my car w first oil change & there was a recall that was going to be addressed as well. I was given a loaner SUV and told that I would get a call when my car was done. I got the call & went to pick up my car and everything was done, oil change and inspected the recall. I signed the paperwork and got my keys, went to my car & they didn’t even run it through their car wash. I was very disappointed. More
