Michael Reynolds has helped me select and lease cars for the last 10 years. Very knowledgeable, always happy to work with you, and supportive throughout the entire process. He is the one I would recommend reaching out to. Then you have the service team, with a smile on their faces and ready to help whenever and whatever you need. I must mention also Sarah and Rebecca, the BMW Geniuses, who get the tough questions and work hard to answer them, no matter how complicated, and help make their customers comfortable. I would be remiss not to mention the General Manager, Karen Lombardo, whom I had the pleasure to meet and interact with several times. Inquired about a car they had listed on Autotrader. Spoke to a salesman, who even did a walk around video. I heard him say, “man, this is a nice car” as he was recording. He emailed me the video and we talke to a salesman, who even did a walk around video. I heard him say, “man, this is a nice car” as he was recording. He emailed me the video and we talked on the phone, and he said that, since the price had dropped $6,000, the vehicle was in high demand. I told him I would call my bank and get back with him. He texted during my bank call to tell me that the car had been sold, then invited me to keep an eye on their inventory. Fast forward one week, and behold, the same car, same VIN, same listing, was reposted by this dealership, but the price was $6,000 more. I called to complain, and as I was describing the listing, the receptionist HUNG UP on me. Incredible. I’m from Memphis and had actually intended to source this dealer and purchase from them, given the professionalism of the sales rep. No way. If you’re in business as I am, imagine treating your customers in this manner. Imagine having any business at all if you did. The family of my CEO have purchased several vehicles from this dealer. I have a face-to-face with him next week, and I promise you, this will be one of the subjects of conversation. More
