I received good counsel and direction from my service advisor when I brought my 2002 Grand Marquis in for "front end work". Jess gave me a loaner car to cover the time I would be without my car. However, the next day, I came back to Rob Sight Ford to discuss the "most appropriate" repairs for my safety and budget. I gave Jess permission to begin the selected repairs and then proceeded to walk over to the Pre-Owned Sales lot. Win came out, greeted me and offered to assist me in determining what and if I might be eligible for the purchase of a pe-owned car. he was thorough in his approach; giving me plenty of time to wrestle with my decision -- do I repair or do I purchase? With Win's assistance, the opportunity to test drive the car of my preference and the opportunity to give my wife a chance to see the car later in the day, I was convinced that the purchase was the most viable and wisest decision I could make. I felt no sales pressure; Win was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my situation. I make a commitment to purchase the car that same day. At no point was I hesitant to purchase. Both Win, the sales agent and Tony, the finance manager, provided me the assurances needed when making a major purchase. I would recommend either one of them to family or friends. Keith Koenigsdorf was as close to the ideal salesman as a person could be - courteous, well- informed, patience and not the least "pushy" - which we liked. We just wish the dealership was closer or had a branch North of the river since we live in Clay County. But with the freeway system and I 435 around the city it is not too bad. We left home and were at Rob Sight's in about 30 minutes. More
