We did on-line searches for info on the SUVs that seemed to most fit our needs and narrowed our new car choice to the 2013 Ford Escape and another popular SUV. Bea at Rob Sight Ford knew of our search and contacted us by email and phone to let us know they would happily do whatever they could to meet our needs. Upon visiting the dealership, we met Ty who carefully listened to what we wanted and then provided a test drive with a vehicle that closely matched. Ty was pleasant, informative, and very professional. We explained our need to visit another brand's dealership for a test drive of our other SUV contender. In the meantime, Ty stayed in touch and let us know of special deals, etc. without ever being "pushy." Bottom line --- the Escape had all of the features we wanted plus delivered the best ride and Ty was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for (even our Kodiak Brown color choice) at a very reasonable price. The transaction went smoothly and Ty did an excellent job of acquainting us with our new Escape. He remains our trusted advisor as we go through the process of knowing how to use all our new vehicle has to offer. We could not be more pleased. More

He understood my distance from the Belton area (as I live in Leavenworth) and that my schedule with the Army was hectic- so he took care of all the paperwork and background work prior to my arrival and test drive! This is the mark of a true professional. Sandra Jacobs was at the dealership to greet me upon my arrival. Very informative and helpful! She was filling in for Christian as he was away volunteering at an event in support of the local community. Sandra new my background and conveyed honest care and interest in me as a person, not just a perspective customer. Tony Wright made my experience with financing and closing out the purchase a truly easy ordeal. Tony immediately made me feel like we were just two friends at a coffee shop talking and passing the time while we worked on the paperwork. He is very personable and certainly knowledgeable in both Missouri and Kansas requirements. Rob Sight Ford is the dealership that I will always use for my family from here on out! More
I had bought my used Mountaineer from them a 4 years ago and have not needed service on the vehicle until this week. to me, this is a statement of the quality of cars they sell. During this visit my service advisor, Craig, provided me services options and expert opinions on what needed to be done and was patient about it. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop when he provided me the invoice for the repairs but it was less than I had anticapted. The dealership from sales to service has been great to work with. When I purchased my new Focus Titanium, I tendered an internet coupon that was supposed to be good for 6 free oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle. When I brought the car in for service, Erik asked if I had any coupons or paperwork to support my claim, and I indicated that I did not. He said not to worry about it and he'd take care of it, which he did; however, I waited over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When the cashier called my name, I was happy to see that there was not a balance due, but I still don't have any coupons or supporting paperwork for the five remaining oil changes. I expected a little more follow-up from my salesperson, especially in light of the fact that I paid cash for my new vehicle. More
Other than the slightly grumpy lady at the front desk my experience was surprisingly good. I have to say though that these folks are busy and don't have a lot of time for chitchat. A reasonable wait and fair, thorough communication helped the day go very well. These folks could've taken me for a ton of money and I would have paid it. However my problem turned out to be minor and I was in and out in less than two hours. The fee was $95 for an hour of labor. The free coffee and WIFI are a plus too. More
