I have worked with Rob Sight Ford Lincoln Mercury on the purchase or lease of my last 4 vehicles over approximately the past 10 years. Their helpfulness and exceptional customer service is unmatched. My car purchase and service experience is always positive. I cannot imagine dealing with any other dealership or personnel other than Randy, Rich and Dave when my vehicle needs are involved. I have referred at least 5 friends to the dealership that have purchased vehicles and had great experiences during those purchases. I highly commend the dealership and it's employees for making car purchases and service experiences so painless and positive. More

Impressive customer service, my first experience here. I phone shopped prior to making an appointment here and was impressed with Craig's service prior to my arrival. He took the time to itemize estimated phone shopped prior to making an appointment here and was impressed with Craig's service prior to my arrival. He took the time to itemize estimated charges for me and made sure all my questions were answered straightforward not vaguely as I had encountered with other repair centers during my phone research. Then throughout my service at Rob Sight I was educated and informed of the proceedings. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and made us feel welcome but not patronized. I know I have now found a genuine service outlet where I can feel confident in a fair and honest experience. BTW I have been in customer service myself for 25 years. More

I am so pleased with my service associate. They are so nice and friendly. They take time to explain every thing to me! They also provided a ride to work and the young man that picked me up was so nice, nice and friendly. They take time to explain every thing to me! They also provided a ride to work and the young man that picked me up was so nice, I was having issues with my blue tooth connection and USB port for iPhone and iPad. The explained the problems to me. More
