John and Megan got me a loaner car and he called me back with the information of what needed about a part that needed to be ordered. Picking up my car I met advisor Dave. Dave did an excellent job explaining the process and what was done to the car. Overall an outstanding service! Highly recommend and thank you so much you guys/gals for all you do! More
Great Experience I had found a loaded XLT Truck at a different dealership searching online - just what I was looking for and could afford. I was about ready to complet I had found a loaded XLT Truck at a different dealership searching online - just what I was looking for and could afford. I was about ready to complete the deal when my wife called Rob Sight to ask about a Lariat that had similar options. After a quick conversation with Quinton "Q", we went to the Rob Site dealership to look at the Truck in person. After test drive and looking at my trade-in we were very close to the same trade difference we had with the XLT at the other Dealership. Quinton went out of his way to find additional rebates we were eligible for and we ended up with purchasing the Lariat for less than the XLT - the Lariat had a higher MSRP. for help me and to make sure I was satisfied with everything. In summary the entire process took less than two hours. I could not have been more pleased as there was no pressure with the entire process. More

I flew into KC from Chicago was met at the airport by Jeff no waiting worked with Jeff Schleicher an amzaing expreince, truly a professional in the industry. Can't say enough good things here, trust is what has earned my business and of course nex time I'm in need of a vehicle a quick 75 min flight and a leisurely 7 hour drive are no barriers to a great deal great Mustang and a relaxing expereince. Worst buying experience I have ever had! So I don't get lost in too much emotion, I will keep this very factual and to the point. - 1st visit, I waited for 45 minutes before I was helped So I don't get lost in too much emotion, I will keep this very factual and to the point. - 1st visit, I waited for 45 minutes before I was helped. - Win(Sales Person) approached me, he did not have answers to the questions I had regarding upgrades to a used F150 model on the lot. - I asked about the 2014 brand new model on the lot and was told by him that they were not changing the model in the near future. (model changed 2015) - I left leaving him with several questions and told him I would return the next day and would like to test drive the used F150. I asked; Upgrade cost of headlights, upgrade cost of flip down TV. - The next day at the proposed time, he was unavailable. I waited 1 hour for him. When he approached me, he did not acknowledge my wait or my appointment. - None of my questions were researched that I had asked the prior visit. - He allowed me to test drive the vehicle. - When I returned from my test drive, he was not available. I waited 25 minutes after the drive. - Still no answers for my questions. - I left feeling very upset for the service and overall treatment. To put some emotion into this, I felt second class and not worth his time. Okay, so how did this end? I returned the very next day and bought the brand new QuadCab Fx4 with apperence pkg (same truck as the used)from a different Sales Person(I really wanted the truck but did not want to buy from Win). I bought in October of 2014 and am still very upset with my experience almost 1 year after. Not to mention, Win lied to me regarding the model change in 2015 of the F150 from which I am reminded every new model I see on the road. So how did the dealership respond? They gave the "credit" of the sale to Win instead of the young salesperson I actually bought the truck from. Not only would I not recommend, I speak about my experience quite often... More
