I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had as well as the fact that the battery was not covered by the warranty. Because of the circumstances we should have offered to pay for the battery from the start as a good will gesture. I am glad that we did end up paying for it but I wish we would have offered such from the start. Please accept my sincere apology for the way this happened.
