Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil. I am so pleased with my service associate. They are so nice and friendly. They take time to explain every thing to me! They also provided a ride to work and the young man that picked me up was so nice, nice and friendly. They take time to explain every thing to me! They also provided a ride to work and the young man that picked me up was so nice, I was having issues with my blue tooth connection and USB port for iPhone and iPad.
