Dealer just baits and doesn’t listen to customer. My husband and I completely wasted our time because they were not truthful. Buying a vehicle should not be this deceptive. This team overcharges and under delivers for everything hey do. Service team just charged $360 to perform a diagnostic on the lane departure system. Had the car for 4 days. Do not go here. I purchased a 2023 Frontier on July 2 and Was told by multiple people there that if I were to take the truck now NOTHING Would be added to the total price of the vehicle for 45 days.....Less than multiple people there that if I were to take the truck now NOTHING Would be added to the total price of the vehicle for 45 days.....Less than 30 days and they're wanting to charge me $459!! False Promises, Unprofessional, Rude & Shady - Avoid this dealer, by all means. I walked off from the showroom, realizing there was no point speaking and wasting time with a business that doesn't accept dealer, by all means. I walked off from the showroom, realizing there was no point speaking and wasting time with a business that doesn't accept their fault and had the courage or courtesy to address the concern caused by them. False Promises - I spoke(09-Jun) with April to check the availability of a car that was listed for purchase. I also told her that I need to travel 50 miles and so to ensure it was available for a test drive and she asked me to come over and confirmed that the car is available. I reached their place within 2-3 hours of speaking with her and to my surprise, I came to know the car was sold already, and told me that the system was not updated for accuracy. Unprofessional & Rude - Hoping to raise the concern, I spoke with the sales manager Mark Eaton. He was unprofessional and lacked the attitude to accept the mistake and address the concern. As I was walking out of the showroom, the sales persons inside were laughing, looks like it is their etiquette to treat customers like that, how courteous... Shady Business - As I am writing this review I see the car is still listed for purchase. More
