He spent 5 hours with me, reviewing all the functions of the vehicle, paperwork, test drive, helpful tips, etc. He is genuinely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable & a professional when it came to selling this truck to me, from beginning to end. THE MOST FUN, easy going & pleasurable buying experience I've EVER had at a car dealership. Buying a vehicle should never be stressful; Todd made sure it wasn't. I came from out of state to purchase this truck, in part because of their competitive pricing, warranty options & "Engine for Life" program. Beautiful used vehicle, in top condition. Service department needs to improve. Scheduled appointment was ignored and my vehicle sat for an hour after Scheduled time before getting worked on. They said they would not charge me me for the tire rotation. Also the air pressure sensor which should have been a warrent. To make up for the delay. Whipy do. I'll never come back. Next vehicle will be bought somewhere else. More
