3:5 hours of my life I can’t get back Had. 9:30am APPOINTMENT on 4/24/18 to have new tires mounted and installed and wheel alignment. Tires were ordered 4/23/18. Arrived at service center ahead of appointment and advised service we would be waiting. At 12.15 pm inquired why the delay. Were told they would find out. Apparently there was a LONG line of tire work orders and they were working on our alignment now. Would be ready soon. My vehicle was done at 1:10 pm. Question: How many vehicles could possibly before me when my appt was for 9:30 am? What does an Appointment mean? What is a reasonable time frame for tire mounting, installation, and wheel alignment?
