Best service I ever had. I was at another dealership and they tried to fix the problem my car had and they failed. I have been a customer of Robert Brogden for more than 15 years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to expect. My major complaint is that corporate or the dealership has made a decision to not accept personal checks. I much prefer to "pay as I go" for maintenance on our vehicles and am disappointed that after all these years of paying with a check, the only method of payment appears to be a credit card. More
