My only minimal complaint was that I scheduled the service online and I received 2 emails saying that they had received my request and that someone would get back to me to confirm the scheduled appoin service online and I received 2 emails saying that they had received my request and that someone would get back to me to confirm the scheduled appointment, but I never got a text, email or phone call to actually confirm the appointment. I have purchased two vehicles, referred to you, and sometimes use your service department. My experience yesterday? I spent $273 and no one could say thank you?
