When I first checked in the person was by my vehicle and told me to wait inside to get checked in. It took a long time before he came inside to check me in. When I called after 5 hours he said yes they just finished it and I could come pick it up. Then I got a text message saying it was ready. What a coincidence. When I went to pick it up it took a while for him to figure out how to check me out. All the while that he was outside running around there were other people just sitting around not doing anything that could have helped him.
