I have left voicemail, left messages with other staff requesting a call back, i even spoke to the manager once and he was going to call me the following day. Yet here I am still waiting. I get that it is rough due to covid, but any communication at this point would be better than absolutely zero. I NEVER leave negative reviews. I leave my negative feedback as a personal conversation to allow the situation to be corrected without public knowledge, however they have not allowed this to be possible. I will gladly edit this review when someone finally contacts us to resolve this issue. The only complaints I could possibly have really aren't to do with the dealer or Robert Brogden directly, but with the company they go through for window tint. They broke part of the door when removing and replacing tint on the windows. That isn't the worst part unfortunately. We took photos of mileage when dropping the vehicle off and they decided to test drive the vehicle putting 4 miles on the truck and then knocking the mpg down several points. So during that 4 mile drive they had their foot in the accelerator pretty hard. I am not happy that someone would do something like that without asking. As far as the dealership overall (minus the contracts they have with other companies) they were pleasant and very helpful from start to finish. We are still waiting on a call to schedule the clear paint protection to be done, but hopefully this will be done soon? Overall I would recommend Robert Brogden and definitely recommend Jeff, who helped us, and the other man who helped us with our warranty. They were great. My only advice would be to reconsider the business relationship you have with the tint company you use. They have refused to fix the damage to our truck forcing us to find a place to replace the entire panel inside the door. More

Pres took numerous calls during our appointment and was nowhere to be found when we tried to wrap up my purchase. He took my phone that has personal and financial information and gave it to numerous salespersons to try to figure out the GMC app and had my phone for 10+ minutes in the back. I was concerned some of the forms were incorrect with information but was told “don’t worry about it”. I ordered all weather mats that were actually included in the purchase of my vehicle. I sent a text to Pres and he never got back with me. Peter in finance was great. Tino was great. Not thrilled with the customer service and would have much rather paid more to do the deal elsewhere.
