I attempted to get my oil changed at Robert Brogden, but left before my service began because there was a plethora of people not wearing masks, and there was nowhere to wait while social distancing. I comp left before my service began because there was a plethora of people not wearing masks, and there was nowhere to wait while social distancing. I complained to management, and was assured they would comply with our state and county mandates if I returned. Sadly, this is not the case. When I dropped off my car and picked it up, a variety of employees still wear no mask. This ignorance is why the pandemic will not end. I’m tired and disgusted. It’s evident that Robert Brogden is not, and as a result we will be forced to take our business elsewhere. More
