First scheduled oil change since purchasing the vehicle. Had about 2,000 miles. Requested they check the cargo mat as it does not fit and plate under front bumper as it appeared to have lost a bolt. I believe the mat is from a 2019 as this vehicle was one of the first 2020 sold. Otherwise the oil change was done as scheduled. More

Allison was very easy to work with. Unfortunately your service professionals were not. We took our car in for an ac line and battery initially and asked them to look at a head light that was out. They quo service professionals were not. We took our car in for an ac line and battery initially and asked them to look at a head light that was out. They quoted us 350 for a ballast and 1.8 hours of labor for the light. I said forget that and I fixed it myself (took me 40 mins start to finish). The ac line and battery were completed but then I had to turn around and leave the car again because the ac still wasn’t working. They fixed that and said a sensor had come loose while repairing it. I thought they would have tested it before giving it back but guess not. We then came back because the actuator wasn’t working properly for the heat. Quoted us 9 hours of labor and 218 or so for parts. Allison said she would give us a discount and Take off some money for labor/parts. The work was completed in less than 3 hours. My wife asked why we were still being charged the full amount for labor. The answer we received was the technician already agreed to that amount so they couldn’t change it. I don’t think that’s fair so I called the service desk and asked for a manager. I had to leave a message. Still haven’t heard back from them. The cars fixed but we don’t feel it was fair how we were charged for the work completed. More
