Employees in the service area were helpful and pleasant to work with in my follow on service to correct deficiencies in the certification (paint chips, no oil filter changed, bad wiper blades, steering whe to work with in my follow on service to correct deficiencies in the certification (paint chips, no oil filter changed, bad wiper blades, steering wheel alignment, broken bottle jack). Need better quality control for used certified vehicle inspections and services. The sales rep was not helpful. I am unable to find any value she added to the sales process during the sale, or post sale. Absolutely no follow up to correct deficiencies. Sales manager and service manager were helpful. I did have to wait all day for the services, which I had to call and schedule. Rated less than average. More
