I brought my car in an for an oil change and tire rotation. I was called later in the day and was told my brakes needed to be replaced immediately. That the pads were all gone and it was all metal o rotation. I was called later in the day and was told my brakes needed to be replaced immediately. That the pads were all gone and it was all metal on metal and the rotors all needed to be replaced. I though this was odd since I have had no trouble braking and no metal on metal sounds. Had them looked at by two other mechanics and both agreed...back brakes were fine with 5mm still on the pads. Front brake had 2mm left, replacement was recommended and the rotars only needed to be resurfaced. I was charged 1/3 of what the dealer wanted to get from me. Highly doubtful I can return there without knowing the level of honesty is something I can trust. More
