We waited at Brogden for over 2 hours before we were finally told that the service would take over 8 hours and we can have a loaner car. I had to INQUIRE about how much longer the service would take bef finally told that the service would take over 8 hours and we can have a loaner car. I had to INQUIRE about how much longer the service would take before I was informed about the time needed for the repairs. Subsequently, I was loaned a courtesy car for overnight and all ended well. Scheduled maintenance I took my Acadia in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and asked Kristie if they could inspect the brakes given I was hearing a lot of squea I took my Acadia in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and asked Kristie if they could inspect the brakes given I was hearing a lot of squeaking. Since it was going to take some additional time, she arranged for a courtesy ride for me to go get coffee while I waited.
