Dealership made me a great deal on my truck. The only thing I did not appreciate was the additional $695 add on that is listed as an option. I would have preferred to not pay the additional fee. I had an excellent experience buying my '20 GMC Yukon XL I had an excellent experience buying my new GMC from Jason Carnes at Robert Brogden GMC in Olathe, KS. Jason went out of his way to ensure that I foun I had an excellent experience buying my new GMC from Jason Carnes at Robert Brogden GMC in Olathe, KS. Jason went out of his way to ensure that I found the right vehicle for my situation. I spent a lot of time measuring the inside of the vehicle to make sure that it would accommodate my dog kennels, and Jason was up for the challenge, in 95 degree heat!!! Most importantly, Jason knows his stuff, knows the vehicles inside and out, and was great to work with. I can't recommend him enough. Re: the Service Department, I've been servicing my previous two GMC's at Brogden and have always been satisfied. Thanks for making this buying experience a great one, Jason! More

I went to this dealer, which is close to two hours from where I lived to look at a truck. Had a lot of nice features and was priced ok. Just very disappointed with how they sell their vehicles. Left the where I lived to look at a truck. Had a lot of nice features and was priced ok. Just very disappointed with how they sell their vehicles. Left the dealership and the wheels were out of balance (didn’t take it on the highway as it was an area I’m not familiar with, my fault I know) after only a month of having the vehicle are squealing to have the pads changed, the brakes shake when braking at high speeds, and I found out the oil % was at 18% on my ride home. For being a 2017 with only 35000 miles and being a certified preowned vehicle and passing their “x point inspection” I didn’t really expect to have any of these issues. Probably ~$700 and hopefully these are my only issues and I can stop having issues with this truck. Definitely do a thorough look at vehicles when buying from this place. More

My mom has bought three vehicles from this dealer, 2 of them lasted to 300k miles and the other was a very reliable car as well.. I had great experience with Obada Mustafa. Just my second oil change. There was a gal on the desk when I arrived. I didn't have an appt. but I had an unexpected trip to Olathe and needed an oil change so I stopped.
