Jason Carnes was an excellent salesperson to deal with. He gave us a lot of information about the two vehicles we were considering. He was not high pressure and gave us time to go home, think about it, and He gave us a lot of information about the two vehicles we were considering. Not safe Hello - your employees were very nice an professional, however due to the pandemic I was very disappointed that none of them were wearing masks. My daughter and I came in to purchase a used car for her. My daughter called in spoke with Jason he was helpful getting us out there with all the construction. We ended up liking a Nissan Altima! Brogden did you forget that there is a Pandemic in progress? The service of my vehicle was fine, no issues; however, I was shocked at the minimal Covid-19 precautions utilized at Brogden. I wore a face mask as The service of my vehicle was fine, no issues; however, I was shocked at the minimal Covid-19 precautions utilized at Brogden. I wore a face mask as a courtesy to protect the Brogden employees and other customers. When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment (planning to wait), I walked into the building to discover that not one employee was wearing a face mask and only one check out desk had a plexiglass partition. I saw no hand sanitizer placed in the service/waiting area, and the waiting area with six seats crammed together was already full. The customers waiting for their vehicles all wore face masks and left an empty chair between them to practice social distancing. I had to find a place to sit down in the front sales area. Again, I did not see any sales employees in the front of the building wearing face masks. I witnessed no signs displayed that documented how Brogden was sanitizing the waiting area and restrooms. While I realize that wearing a face mask is not currently mandatory, it is a courtesy to wear one to show that you care about the health of your customers and your employees. Many Buick owners are older and in a high risk age group. If you expect customers to bring their vehicles to your service location, you should at least pretend that you care about their safety and your employees. I will find a new vendor to service my vehicle. More
