I called Bob Meyers to find a 2017 Buick Lacrosse about 9 in the morning and he advised me that he had one and he would be glad to help me if I came on out. I live about 40 miles away and my wife and I went in the morning and he advised me that he had one and he would be glad to help me if I came on out. I live about 40 miles away and my wife and I went out. He had cleaned up the car and we went for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable on everything about the car. We then went in and he worked with Aaron Spearman to give me a good deal on the car. They got it detailed and we filled out the paperwork with Terrie Horton who also sold us an extended warranty. The whole experience was very pleasurable for buying a car and I would buy another one from their friendly team. More

7 hours after a 9:30 brake/computer recall I was overcharged for oil change and adamantly told my 4.3 liter V6 takes 8 qts of oil. Then after asking two other advisors to look it up, I was handed a overcharged for oil change and adamantly told my 4.3 liter V6 takes 8 qts of oil. Then after asking two other advisors to look it up, I was handed a $10 bill and some change after proving wrong with them saying to me "most Sierra's take 8 quarts." Excuse me, but I don't care about "most" Sierras. Also didnt perform my tire rotation - I marked my tires with chalk before coming in so know for a fact they weren't rotated. My alignment check was also not performed until I demanded the printed report to prove. So advisor pulled truck up in front of me and performed on service drive. Wow. Sure hope oil change was done and done correctly with a new filter? I even told Parts Manager how irritated I was for having to argue with rude advisor and being lied to multiple times. Wow. Unacceptable customer service and unacceptable auto service. More

2017 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71. Very sharp and nice condition Dad and I came to dealership to check out used SUVs and ended up test driving a Tahoe. Richard was very helpful, courteous and polite.
