I'd had my eye on one for quite a while, and the price came down to where I couldn't ignore it any longer. I came in to test drive it, and the whole purchase process couldn't have taken more than an hour. I took the car home and was completely enamoured with it. Then, a week later, I got in a wreck and totaled the poor thing. When I found out I'd totaled the car, my insurance company told me I'd have a week with a rental before my rental coverage ran out. I immediately went to Robert Brogden and explained my situation to them. They had four 2019 TourXs on the lot, including one that had been used as a loaner car. It had a reasonable number of miles on it, so they made a deduction to the already fair price. When all was said and done, they got me in a car a year newer with more option. And on top of it all, my payment will be more than $50 less a month. I can't overstate how much I recommend Robert Brogden to anyone looking for an effortless, low pressure sales experience on a quality automobile. More

These guys are complete incompetent liars I delt with Pres Taylor and all he did was lie. I still bartered to what I thought was a decent price. The thing that really was the icing on the cake I delt with Pres Taylor and all he did was lie. I still bartered to what I thought was a decent price. The thing that really was the icing on the cake was me deliberately asking is the car was Kansas Titled and them promising me all their cars they had to title in their name with a Kansas title. this was by Pres and their title/loan guy. We get the title and its a Michigan title. They told me the car was fully serviced by the local VW dealership. This was a lie the brake fluid was low, the change oil indicator light came on on the way home. The oil analysis came back that the oil had been run long past its service life. this has been my worst used car buying experience ever. I have sent emails and not received one response. I will be turning this over to the better business burrow. More
