I went back in to him and told him that I wasn't ready to buy today, we just came out for a test drive. He asked me what exactly I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and told him what my payment had to be to stay in budget and he made it happen so we ended up buying a car that day after all. I was super nervous because I don't usually make quick decisions. I actually am still nervous, wondering if I made the right choice. But I love my new car more every time I drive it. More

My emergency was handled perfectly I was broke down on the side of the road in a 2016 Encore (that wasn't nearly old enough to break down. I had my kids and was panicked.
