However, Jimmy I believe truly had our best interest at heart trying to work out a deal. He worked with us and tried and tried to get us our dream car, gave me advice on how to get the most for our trade ins, and I truly believe he wanted the best for us. I really hope to work with him in the future, and I would recommend Jimmy to anyone needing a car. I don't believe it is the norm to say you trust the person selling you a car, but I really did! Have been a customer of Robert Brogden’s service department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to g department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to go to the dealership in person to obtain an appointment. Did not receive follow up communication until after making multiple inquiring calls a week later. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the service department could not locate the vehicle or the keys on the lot. I located the vehicle on the lot and they were eventually able to locate the keys. When I paid for the diagnosis and asked for a print out of the technicians notes they would not print them off because I was not going to have the repairs performed at that time. More
