Purchased two cars. Fell in love with the Buick Enclave. Deal went fairly smoothly. The second car was our daughter's and it is a Buick Encore. Meh The buying experience was par for the course, and by that I mean subpar. Our salesperson left a lot to be desired. I emailed the general manager but never received a response. We ended up buying because we did get the price we wanted. The F&I guy messed up our paperwork so we had to go back, not once, not twice, but three times to sign new documents. I called the dealership three weeks after my purchase to ask when I might receive my title work and was simply told "we're very busy". I hope the Service department is their saving Grace. I'll give them one chance. More
