His team worked for 2 days to get the deal done for me. I ended up with 2019 GMC Terrain lease. The payments are a little higher than I wanted, but with my credit status, I am just happy to get approved at all. Plus, in three years when my lease is up, I'll be in a better position credit wise, and can move into another new car. I am beyond thrilled! More

Seamless sales transaction I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Rober I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Robert Brogden I inquired online. Jeff Alstatt reached out and sent me exterior and interior pictures of the car. After it was detailed he repeated the process and sent more for a more accurate inspection. Jeff took a deposit from me until I could complete the 4 hour drive to see it in person. The Honda Pilot was as clean as Jeff promised, and although I wish the dealership could have negotiated on the price a little bit more, I bought it and I'm happy I did. The showroom staff even took a picture of my wife and I with our name on the delivery appointment board. The finance person Terri Horton was thorough in explaining all the documents and was not pushy with aftermarket products or warranties. Jeff even sent us down the road with a full tank of gas! Overall our experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or buy here again myself. More
