I was a bit disappointed in the beginning because the vehicle I came to see was still sold although I was told to periodically check it’s availability (which I did). If I had been told that I could put down a deposit, I’d gladly have complied to reserve the vehicle. Nonetheless, I was able to find another comparable vehicle on their lot that was one year older and had a few more miles (2015 Ram Laramie), but came with a few more bells and whistles. Bob Myers was very professional during the transaction. However, there were a few IOUs that went outstanding for roughly two months after my purchase. I was owed a new windshield and touch up paint. Initially there was some confusion about the specifics of the windshield which lead to a delayed installation. I also was not able to get the touch up paint until much closer to the two month mark. Despite these issues, Bob delivered when it meant the most. It was actually the experience much later regarding a service (not an IOU) that boosted my overall experience. Bob had promised that I could go through the dealer to get a spray in bedliner as part of the deal closing (discounted by doing this). Although I lived over 40 minutes away which was outside the normal distance for shuttling, Bob personally ensured that I had a shuttle from and back to the dealer. This was an exemplary service in which really pleased me, especially since he’d already made a sale on me, in which some salesman may write a customer off. Through my experience, I would recommend this dealer and to see Bob; he may be a busy guy but when I did get a hold of him, he made sure I was taken care of without the slightest inclination that I was a bother to him. More

An absolute outstanding experience! We stopped in, on a whim, to look at cars with a third row and quickly was greeted by Mike Guthrie. Mike showed us the Enclave, searched his database to see what was available, walked us through the many wonderful options in the vehicle and took whatever time needed to answer our many questions. I had not bought a vehicle in 10 years so features had changed drastically! He looked at my trade-in and provided us with his initial sales offer. We explained that we needed a car payment with a certain dollar amount and he went back to his manager and came back with a revised offer that was truly unbelievable! It exceeded every expectation that we had. To sum up this review, we drove away that night with a new Enclave. Mike helped us clean out my old car and get us on the way - even with a thunderstorm on the horizon. The next day, he showed me the inner workings of the car. Since that day, I've had the pleasure to talk with Mike a couple times. He is outstanding! More

The most important part of the experience was the "no haggle" pricing strategy that allowed me to complete this new car purchase in under one hour. Toby knew the product well and was very "nonsale" which in turn helped to make the sale for me painless and efficient. We were able to negotiate the price of our NEW vehicle as well as our trade-in entirely over the phone since we live 5 hours away. They offered us a deal that was so good that our local dealerships were not able to come close to competing with.
