I saw that my car was ready and noticed that the service advisor was on a call on her work phone while swiping through messages on her cell phone as I was waiting to get my car so that I could get on my way to work. Slow service I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each t I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each time I am told it will only take one hour. I was offered a free car wash one time and most recently was given a $25 discount, however I would prefer to just get in and out in about an hour. More
