Seamless sales transaction I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Rober I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Robert Brogden I inquired online. Jeff Alstatt reached out and sent me exterior and interior pictures of the car. After it was detailed he repeated the process and sent more for a more accurate inspection. Jeff took a deposit from me until I could complete the 4 hour drive to see it in person. The Honda Pilot was as clean as Jeff promised, and although I wish the dealership could have negotiated on the price a little bit more, I bought it and I'm happy I did. The showroom staff even took a picture of my wife and I with our name on the delivery appointment board. The finance person Terri Horton was thorough in explaining all the documents and was not pushy with aftermarket products or warranties. Jeff even sent us down the road with a full tank of gas! Overall our experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or buy here again myself. More

Shady sales tactics I have given a poor rating because they (the manager) did not honor the trade-in value I agreed upon with the salesman, when we got into the finance o I have given a poor rating because they (the manager) did not honor the trade-in value I agreed upon with the salesman, when we got into the finance office the finance guy said the manager dropped my trade by $500 and asked if that was ok? Uh no not ok we got up and left, my salesman called back about 15 mins later and said it’s his fault he didn’t communicate it to his boss first. I met in the middle at $250 unfortunately because my emotions for this truck got the best of me. The finance guy said he was sorry that happens all of the time which just goes to show you they played a big game I guess as usual. More
