Shady sales tactics I have given a poor rating because they (the manager) did not honor the trade-in value I agreed upon with the salesman, when we got into the finance o I have given a poor rating because they (the manager) did not honor the trade-in value I agreed upon with the salesman, when we got into the finance office the finance guy said the manager dropped my trade by $500 and asked if that was ok? Uh no not ok we got up and left, my salesman called back about 15 mins later and said it’s his fault he didn’t communicate it to his boss first. I met in the middle at $250 unfortunately because my emotions for this truck got the best of me. The finance guy said he was sorry that happens all of the time which just goes to show you they played a big game I guess as usual. More

While I recommend this dealership, I do warn against doing anything with the general sales manager, Phil. He’s rude, inconsiderate, and was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with car buying. Avoid him and you’ll be great! More
