Purchasing a GMC Sierra I am 69 years old and this is the 23rd new vehicle I have had the pleasure of driving off the lot. I have always been satisfied with the level of service I have received the other 22 times but Robert Brogden has set a new standard. I would give all the others a 3 or 4 rating compared to the 10+ rating I would give Robert Brogden. Everyone there from Anthony Singleton who was my salesman and made me feel welcome and valued but even more importantly made me trust him to Don Davis who gave me even a stronger feeling of trust and that I was a valued customer to Dustin Hoskins the Finance Manager and then the General Manager Craig Blacklidge walked out and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. He gave me his card and told me to contact him personally if I needed help. Anthony spent time giving me a tour of the place introducing me to the service managers and how and where to come when I am getting my new vehicle serviced. He spent time with me in the new Sierra explaining how everything option worked. I know where I am buying my next vehicle and where I am telling my friends and family to go to buy theirs. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that has the integrity that I saw on display at Robert Brogden. There are three other salepeople I visited with while waiting to finish my deal.
