Great new car purchase experience We purchased our previous vehicle at Robert Brogden and had a great experience then and great service from the service department over the years, so w We purchased our previous vehicle at Robert Brogden and had a great experience then and great service from the service department over the years, so we returned when we decided it was time for a new car. We arrived with the GMC Terrain and Acadia on our list of what we were looking for. We met John Greenquist in the lot. Told him we wanted to see, and he started to show them to us. He began asking us what we were looking for and wanted in our new car. After listening to our answers, he suggested looking at the Buick Envision. We had seen them, but did not know much about them. We checked them out and took one for a test drive. John obviously heard what we said we wanted, as the Envision was exactly what we were looking for in our new car. Then John worked with Don Davis to locate an Envision with the package and options we want. When they located it and got the vehicle here from Branson Missouri, they worked with us to get the price we wanted and a fair price for our trade in. They then turned us over to Lorie Hudnall for the financing and extended warranty purchasing. Lorie couldn't have been more friendly and pleasant to work with. She made the process go very smooth and easy. John helped us get things set up with our new Envision before sending us on our way, but reminded us to call anytime if we had any questions or needed help with any of the many features on the Envision. More
