Not happy! I have been going to your service for my truck since I bought it in March 2016 and this was the first time I was so disappointed! I repeatedly ask the service techs when they change the oil to reset the computer so that my change oil would not come on before it was due and so that OnStar would not be getting signals from the truck which was miss diagnostics. The fluids in the truck were not topped off and the tire pressure was not checked as I had requested. More
Regular maintenance When I schedule my appointment it was o. A Saturday for the following Saturday. They said they would call me back on Monday. I never heard from anyon When I schedule my appointment it was o. A Saturday for the following Saturday. They said they would call me back on Monday. I never heard from anyone until Friday. I don't k owe why it takes that long to call someone back. After the service, I also made a key claim for a key that I lost, I know that can not be processed on a Saturday. Again 5hey said that they would call me on Monday and update me. They did not call me. I have no problem with the service that was preformed by the technician. I do have a problem with thier customer relations. I'm not asking for them to do anything out of the ordinary, just do what you say you are going to do. More
