When we made a mistake and bought a smaller vehicle than we had planned we got home an Thank you to EVERYONE in sales for going the extra mile!!!!!!!! When we made a mistake and bought a smaller vehicle than we had planned we got home and realized that we had made a mistake and had to go switch to the bigger vehicle. We mad one phone call to Don Davis and without any hesitation, he told us that it wouldn't be an issue at all. Wow were we relieved! He kindly asked us if we were able to bring the smaller vehicle back to the dealership the next day and we said absolutely!!! We were greeted at the door by Ivan McGary the next day and were treated with the best customer service ever! The Sales Staff did everything to make the exchange process so much smoother then we were expecting. Not ONCE did anyone look at us annoyed or upset for having to redo new paperwork for a bigger vehicle! We were met with full smiles and actually some laughs that made us feel better because we were nervous that it was going to be a major hassle for them to switch us into a different new vehicle after 1 day of owning the smaller car.
