I had a prescheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation while I waited at the dealership. In the past this has taken a max of 45 minutes to complete. I arrived this time at 7:30am and did not ge rotation while I waited at the dealership. In the past this has taken a max of 45 minutes to complete. I arrived this time at 7:30am and did not get my vehicle back until 8:55am. They only had one person working the entire service area. Typically they would have 3-4 people there. In addition, they were taking walk in appts at the same time. My paperwork sat on the desk for over 15 min. after my vehicle service had been completed. The gentleman doing all of the service transactions asked for assistance from another employee in the area. She printed out my service ticket but did not take my payment or complete the transaction for me so I waited in line with others who had just entered the service area. At one time, their were 5 people standing in line to get their vehicle in for a scheduled appt. In addition, I was told that I needed new rear tires for a vehicle that is a year and a half old and only has 20,000 miles on it. I had the tires checked after the fact and was told they have at least 20,000 additional miles on them before needing to be replaced. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I’ll never go back. After multiple attempts (4 or more) to fix a problem. They managed. A week later, check engine light came on. Multiple stored codes. One of the codes was undoubtedly the result of this service group not reconnecting a hose. $2K later at another service company, and other service that should have been addressed, my truck is running like a top and ready for another 100,000 miles. It doesn't feel as warm and inviting in the service department as it used to be. Also, I paid for a tire rotation and balance and when I got home I noticed it didn't get done, just the oil change. I went back the next day and the service dept sales lady told me that it had been done the day before but that my tire gauge sensors weren't registering, to show the tires were moved around. I only know this not to be true because my car was also making a noise before the tire rotation and the noise was noticeably fixed once the actual maintenance was performed on Day 2. Also, I had noticed before the oil change the varying amounts of air pressure in my 4 tires. The front tires were L, 45 psi, R, 34 psi. The rear tires were L, 34 psi and R 31 psi...I took pictures to see the before and after. I have been a customer there for years but not feeling any kind of loyalty from GMC/Robert Brogden anymore. Last 2 visits there have felt very deceptive. More
