Robert Brogden Buick GMC - Service Center

Took my truck in, and they flushed my transmission. I had called the dealer where it was bought new and asked them about the problem I was having. They told me that GMC had sent out a letter on the pro I had called the dealer where it was bought new and asked them about the problem I was having. The service was great, done on time and got a call from the service department when it was complete. The only complaint I have is that my shuttle driver smelled very bad, hard to even ride in the car with the service department when it was complete. Service department is lack in customer service. Came in for my appointment and another guy after me was greeted at his car door. I stood there and walked in, then waited for almost 10 minutes.
