Outstanding! I generally don't do reviews, but this is an acception because I had an amazing experience here at the Horne Ford dealership. I came to this dealershi I generally don't do reviews, but this is an acception because I had an amazing experience here at the Horne Ford dealership. I came to this dealership looking for a car because I was in an accident about a week ago and my vehicle was totaled. When my mom and I arrived, there was instantly someone out to help us with what we were looking for. He introduced himself and he was a very approachable man. His name was Len. During our experience, Len showed us a Toyota Camry that was in excellent condition. We took it out for a test drive and it drove excellent and was in emaculate condition. Next, I told him more of the car I was looking for which was a Ford Focus. We took a look a the used Ford Focus cars and I found one I loved. We took it for a test drive and then my mom and I discussed things a little bit and decided it was the right choice to make. Len was giving us all the specs about the car and was a really personable man. He offered water when we arrived and took an interest in what we were looking for. As soon as we decided it was the right decision to make, Len took us inside and instantly got on the paperwork to purchase the car. He offered us more water and some popcorn. During our visit, he told us stories about himself and working for ford. He absolutely loves his job and you can absolutely tell that he does. After we had gotten all our paperwork done, I went outside and got my car. I was so excited to take that car home. The next day, Len called and I unfortuneately missed the call because I was at work. He asked if everything was going great with the car and if I was still as in love with it as much as I was when I was at the dealership. He is a great man and he did an outstanding job with helping my mom and I find the perfect car. Thank you for your hard work Len, my mom and I both appreciate it! More

Internet Purchase Talked with Steven, one of the internet people, which eventually hooked me up with Ronnie. Told him my situation and he was very understanding. It was late in the day, he still took the time to let me test drive 2 vehicles I was looking at and give me his time. Came up with some numbers on the vehicle I liked. Didn't work out. Called back the next day and talked to Louie, He got a hold of Ronnie and he worked on my sale to get me a warranty with my vehicle and a lower monthly payment. Usually don't like dealing with dealers. But this was probably the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. I've been using Robert Horne Ford for a while now for Service which is excellent. And the Sales department gets an outstanding from me. More
Unprofessional Sales & Finance staff . Staff thought it was acceptable to use foul language to describe customers and their deal when they thought the customer could not hear them. I was . I was sickened by this, we walked out and an hour later received a call from Horne Ford apologizing. I will never return in fact my family bought a Ford at another location 2 hours later. Ford should be disappointed in the people they have hired to sell their product at this location More
Wonderful experience Came in to dealership to look at Jeep Liberty we saw on internet. Jamie Rich was waiting at the d My husband and I had looked all over Tucson for a Ford 250 super cab, just by chance we found Robert Horne dealership. Jamie Rich was waiting at the door as we pulled up. Jamie took us all over the lot and even kept us supplied in water while doing so. He took us right to the truck we had been looking for. I just did not have a choice but to get another car to ensure that there was transportation for my family. Hard decision I know but sometimes taking a chance and risk is all that you can do. I have to say that Billy and Mark Faridian were very supportive and helped me to make the right decision. They did go above and beyond and were willing to work with me understanding my situation. I know that they are far from reach for most people but I was going home and I stopped because I felt moved during prayer on the situation. Mark was very special. I felt comfortable in speaking with him and he assisted in moving me through the process quickly so that I could go home and digest my decision. He also helped in the delivery with the vehicle meeting my family. He is a very kind sole. Billy is a great manager and took the time to hear my situation and make things work for me. We almost cried together. He really understands family. No they didn't give me a car for free but it was a realistic deal for my situation. I do appreciate the management team and their willingness to make this situation as painless as possible. I am thinking that I will go back and buy another vehicle in the near future. You're a blessing and continue to pray for me this was a very difficult decision. Thank you so much! More
