When I took my Escape in due to an alert of low coolant, they checked it out and let me know after a short wait, that it would take several hours. I was given a ride home and when it was discovered that it they checked it out and let me know after a short wait, that it would take several hours. I was given a ride home and when it was discovered that it would have to have a major repair the staff arranged for Enterprise for a rental. Then when a vehicle from the dealer was available, a switch was made. While repairs were being made, they also kept me in the loop as to when I would get it back.I have always received excellent service from Roberts Motors. More
