bad experience i understand having to adjust the seat but having to adjust the back adjust the back of the seat was not needed, the driver mirror wasn't locked back i understand having to adjust the seat but having to adjust the back adjust the back of the seat was not needed, the driver mirror wasn't locked back in place and i had to fix it and adjust it back to the way it was when i gave my truck to the service department asked for a tire balance never happened service said he didn't hear me ask for a balance my automatic lights were left in the off position forgot to tell them were the key was for the lugs the tech took it upon himself to go thru my truck and look for it instead of asking were it was located. More

Check engine light. Vehicle to Ford dealer for check engine light. Diagnosis: Large rock had injured evap. line/assy. Repair: Projected repair included removing fuel Vehicle to Ford dealer for check engine light. Diagnosis: Large rock had injured evap. line/assy. Repair: Projected repair included removing fuel tank, replace fuel line and hose assembly end to end. Estimated cost approx. $900. Took vehicle to independent repair shop. Removed rear seat, rolled up rear carpet, used factory access panels in floor. Installed NAPA (Vendor) evap. line repair kit. Total bill tax and all $125. Service writer Shannon. Excellent to work with. Will always use Shannon. I currently own 5 Ford vehicles. More
