An honorable truck dealer in KC! I sent out for bids using Edmunds or True Car (through Allstate) across the KC GM dealers for either a Silverado or Sierra 4X4, Crew Cab, short box th I sent out for bids using Edmunds or True Car (through Allstate) across the KC GM dealers for either a Silverado or Sierra 4X4, Crew Cab, short box that could tow a minimum of 9K pounds, have heated leather seats, and a rear slider for a specific price. I requested the dealers email me what they had. This was the only dealer to fill the order specifically. They had a very well appointed truck that fit my needs perfectly that was their loaner. We closed the deal with no problems at all, they are very nice and honest, and we have recommended Roberts-Robinson GMC on our Facebook pages and will continue to do so. More

Best GM dealer in KC metro I LOVE this dealer. If you're in the market for GM vehicle you owe it to yourself to drive up there. I live down in Lee's Summit and this is the ONLY I LOVE this dealer. Terance is the guy to ask for, he makes car buying a breeze and absolutely zero pressure to buy. I've bought several vehicles from him personally as well as for our business. Do not do business with this dealership. They do not care about customer loyalty. We purchased a vehicle that we absolutley hated and they would not take it back and they wanted to take $7,000 off for care about customer loyalty. We purchased a vehicle that we absolutley hated and they would not take it back and they wanted to take $7,000 off for a trade in value. It only had 75 miles on it. We had purchased one other care from them in the past, so we were repeat customers. Now we will never do business with them again. They have shown their true colors for their customers. More
