I live in Denver but found the exact Chevrolet Tahoe I wanted at Roberts Pontiac GMC inc. located in Kansas City MO, so I spoke with them to find out about the cars condition. By the end of week on Friday we had agreed on a price and that I was going to drive out the following day Saturday and pick it up. So I left denver 5am after driving for eight hours I received a phone call from the sales man at the dealer telling me that the car was there but he was not going to be in but his manager Frank would take care of me. I told him that I was two hours out and looked forward to closing the deal and finally getting the Tahoe. So I drive two more hours pulled up to the lot and there it was the car I had been looking forward to getting for the last ten hours I had been driving. I go to the sales building and introduce myself to Frank. Frank said to me "what car are you here for?", I said "the Tahoe", next he said something that I could not believe. Frank said "I just sold that one" points to a desk and says "they're filling out the paper work now". So after driving 10hrs to get there he tells me that he just sold the car that we had already agreed on a price for. The car that he had spoke with me about on the phone 2hrs before when I told them that I was almost there. Frank pretty much tells me tough $H!T, and walks away from me with out saying anything else. So the dealer could not wait one hour till I got there. Oh yeah I saw how much the lady who got the car paid and it was $1k more than the dealer had agreed on with me some car dealers and there employees are just trash.
